What’s so special about a motorbike tool roll you ask? As an ADVrider, a quality, comprehensive and bike specific toolkit are vital when heading into remote places.

Problem is the standard tool bags most bikes come with are rubbish – and that’s putting it mildly! Enter the need for a good tool roll that’s built to take years of abuse in the dirt, protect expensive tools and provide a good working area to place nuts, bolts and parts.

I’ve had the Wolfman Tool Roll for just over a year now and it’s met my needs perfectly. As one of my most used bits of gear, it doesn’t get in the way and is showing almost no signs of wear.

Features include 11 tool slots using elastic for a secure hold, a mesh pocket for nuts, bolts and loose items, tool flap that doubles as a work mat, and a quick release buckle closure.

So what would I improve? I wish the tool flap had a velcro sleeve to store a rag and it would be cool if the mesh pocket came with a small removable organiser for sockets and hex bits. But honestly, those are two small preferences on a solid tool roll.

As with all Wolfman Motorcycle Luggage gear, it’s made in the USA by a company that lives and breaths ADVriding. Plus, at under AUD$40 from AdventureMoto, fantastic value!
